- Appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred service time.
- If you arrive with an appointment while we are busy, you will be placed on our waiting list and served as soon as the next nail technician is available.
- Walk-ins are welcome and will be served based on availability.
- For the safety of all guests, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have open wounds.
- Children are welcome when receiving services. For safety reasons, please supervise them at all times.
- If you have any concerns, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments. We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly fix issues within 3 days of your appointment.
