2. Appointments and walk-ins

Appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred service time. If you arrive with an appointment while we are busy, you will be placed on our waiting list and served as soon as the next nail technician becomes available. Walk-ins are welcome and are served based on availability.

3. Health and safety

We follow strict sanitation protocols for all tools and work areas: tools are sanitized and disinfected after every use, and disposables are used where needed. For the safety of all guests, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have open wounds.

4. Children

Children are welcome when receiving services. For safety reasons, please supervise them at all times.

5. Personal items

Grand Nail Spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

6. Payment

A 2% customer service charge is applied to all sales. As an incentive, we offer an immediate 2% discount when you pay with cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

7. Service satisfaction

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns, please tell us before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments. We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly fix issues within 3 days of your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or whose health conditions may prevent safe treatment.

8. Information we collect

When you send an appointment request we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred date, the service you asked about and your message. We also record technical details of the request — your IP address, browser and the page you submitted from — to help us respond and to detect abuse.

9. How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your appointment and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we share it only with the service providers who help us run this website, or where the law requires it.
